Teresa Is the heart and foundation of Tere Services. What began as a dream in 1997 at a small storefront on Bruton Road has grown into a trusted family business serving the Hispanic community with integrity, care, and expertise.

With over 28 years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation, Teresa has built long-lasting relationships rooted in trust and genuine care. Her clients aren’t just clients — they’re family. Known for her warmth, honesty, and dedication, she has guided generations of entrepreneurs through the complexities of taxes and business ownership, helping them build confidence and stability in their financial journeys.

Today, Teresa continues to mentor her daughters, Erika and Giselle, as they carry forward her vision and values into a new generation of leadership. Though she has taken a step back from day-to-day operations, her influence remains at the core of everything Tere Services represents — family, faith, and the belief that with knowledge and support, every business can thrive

Managing Partner

Erika is a dedicated tax & accounting professional with roots in the industry dating back to 2014, when she first began working with Tere Services LLC. After gaining early experience supporting small business clients, she stepped away to further her education, completing both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at Southern Methodist University.

Today, as a managing partner, Erika specializes in serving Hispanic entrepreneurs in the Dallas area, providing bookkeeping, tax planning, and advisory services designed to make financial management clear, accurate, and approachable. Her background across multiple public accounting firms and her ongoing pursuit of the CPA license give her a strong technical foundation, while her passion for uplifting her community drives her client-centered approach.

Erika believes that every business deserves trustworthy financial guidance - and she is committed to delivering support that empowers owners to grow with confidence.

Legal & Business Development Assistant

Giselle is a student at the University of Texas at Dallas with plans to pursue a career in corporate law. While currently completing her degree in Criminology, she is focused on building the legal foundation and analytical mindset needed to support businesses with compliance, contracts, and ethical operations.

At Tere Services, Giselle contributes to the firm’s mission of helping small business owners thrive by combining her growing legal knowledge with practical experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. Her interest in corporate law complements the firm’s work — offering clients a well-rounded perspective that bridges accounting, regulation, and business strategy.

Giselle is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to understand both the financial and legal sides of running a business. Her long-term goal is to expand her expertise in corporate and business law to help clients protect their interests, grow responsibly, and build sustainable success.

Office Manager

Since joining Tere Services in 2000, Norma has been an essential part of the firm’s success and growth. With over two decades of experience, she has become a trusted leader and mentor within the team, known for her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for both clients and colleagues.

As the Office Manager and Team Supervisor, Norma plays a key role in guiding daily operations and ensuring every client receives the highest level of service. Her expertise spans corporate tax and immigration services, allowing her to support clients through complex processes with clarity and compassion.

Norma’s leadership style reflects the values at the heart of Tere Services — family, trust, and excellence. Her commitment to helping others succeed has made her not only a cornerstone of the firm, but also a beloved and respected presence among the clients and staff she’s helped guide for more than 20 years.
