Where is my Refund?

Please contact the IRS directly for inquiries about refunds. You can contact them by calling (800) 829-1040 or (800) 829-1954. You can also check the status of your refund on the IRS webpage by CLICKING HERE.

How much do you charge?

Our price for different services varies, but please give us a call to get an estimate.

What do I need to file my Taxes?

In order to file your taxes with us we will need your Identification, Social Security Card or ITIN number, and the form you received (W2 or 1099-NEC). If you are claiming a spouse, we would need the same information for them as well. If you are claiming any dependents, we will need their Social Security or ITIN card, Birth Certificate, School Report card or doctors bill proving they lived with you during the current tax year you are claiming. If you are claiming someone who is not your biological child (niece, nephew, foster child, parent, or sibling) we would need their information as well and any additional proof of responsibility you have for claiming them for that tax year. If you are reporting expenses, we would need proof of those expenses or any additional forms you received.

Can I get a copy of my Taxes?

Yes of course, you can always stop by in person to pick up a copy or access our online portal to TaxWise to receive a copy of your most recent tax return.

What is the status of my ITIN application?

Please contact the IRS directly at their ITIN Department for inquiries about ITIN applications. You can contact them by calling (800) 908-9982.

What do I need to Renew my Residency?

All you need is your Residency Card and we can fill out the application.

What do I need to register my business?

We need your identification, social security number or ITIN number, address, and a new name for your company.

How much do I need to make in order to not pay taxes?

As long as you pay the adequate amount of your federal withholding, you should not pay federal taxes during Income Tax. In order to see if you are taking enough withholding from your paycheck, use the IRS Withholding Calculator HERE.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

It depends on your preference of filing. We offer Rapid Refunds and Standard Refunds. Rapid Refund usually arrives in 2 weeks if there are no complications. A standard refund takes anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks.

How do I know if I am being Audited?

The IRS will send you a letter stating so. In the letter it will notify you of the Audit and which year they will be Auditing.

To receive an ITIN or Renew an ITIN, what do I need?

We will need a current passport, your birth certificate, a recent bill with your name on it (doctor bill, utility bill, etc) or for minors a school report card/letter or doctors note.

What do I do if I receive an IRS letter?

Please notify us as soon as you receive any IRS correspondence. You can email us a copy of the letter, fax it, or bring it in person so that we can better help you understand the letter and resolve the matter.

What do I need to do an Auto title transfer?

You need the title, inspection, current insurance, and identification.

What do I need to renew my auto registration?

You need your current insurance, an updated auto inspection and your identification.

When does Tax season start and when does it end?

Tax season start date and end date varies each year, the IRS will put out a notice once they finalize the start date and ending date. We will notify our customers via this website once the dates have been released.

When is the last day to file taxes for Corporations, Partnerships, etc?

The last day for these entities to file their perspective taxes is March 15. If you file any time after that date, you will be penalized and charged a late filing fee.
